We accept most major credit/debit cards.

Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

All sizes are approximate and taken from manufacturers specifications. They are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to variations in monitors.

Prices

Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but are subject to market fluctuation and revision.

VAT

There is currently no added tax on any of the products on this website

Fitness for purpose

The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.

The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Returns and Refunds

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty product, firstly we would like to apologise, please contact us and we will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item. Faulty goods will be collected post-free, please email the details to returns@thetoyforest.co.uk and we will set in motion an action plan to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return of Unwanted Goods

Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

Delivery

Delivery is just £4.95 for heavy items there will be a surcharge, this will be indicated on the product.
